Job Summary

Develop, manage, and control integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases for an ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. Own project planning and scheduling/project controls deliverables, including work breakdown structure, baselining, updates, and progress reporting (weekly to monthly). Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, review contractor schedules, track CTR and progress, forecast completion, and support recovery planning for schedule slippages while ensuring safety and quality.

•Own project planning and scheduling/project controls for engineering and construction projects, reporting to the Project Controls Lead/Project Lead.
•Develop, baseline, update, and maintain detailed integrated project schedules across design development, construction, pre-commissioning, and start-up phases.
•Coordinate with client representatives, team members, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure schedules reflect project requirements; run workshops to review and baseline schedules.
•Develop and agree progress measurement and reporting requirements; periodically update schedules based on achieved progress and prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly progress reports/progress curves.
•Identify emerging schedule slippages, analyze impacts of scope changes, re-baseline approved changes, review contractor/subcontractor schedules, and support recovery planning; verify physical progress and coordinate procurement schedule impacts for long lead items.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in engineering.

•Experience in EPC projects, ADNOC projects, and familiarity with ADNOC standards and procedures.
