  • •Inspire and develop a global team of macOS engineers and platform specialists, establishing accountability and engineering excellence.
  • •Own and communicate a multi-year macOS platform vision and roadmap, translating strategy into measurable quarterly outcomes and KPIs.
  • •Serve as senior technical authority for macOS platform architecture, standards, configuration baselines, and endpoint integrations.
  • •Modernize device management and OS lifecycle, driving automation for provisioning, patching, compliance, and software delivery.
  • •Ensure operational excellence and security by embedding security/compliance controls, managing incident/problem/change processes, and maintaining service health and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or 13+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •12+ years of progressive experience in endpoint/client platform engineering with deep focus on macOS.
  • •Proven ability to lead macOS platforms at enterprise scale (e.g., 10k+ devices).
  • •Strong knowledge of Apple enterprise ecosystem, macOS internals, device management, and security frameworks.
  • •Experience in software development, with GenAI development and applications a plus.
