Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform shipping/receiving and stocking activities for supplies and equipment.
  • •Maintain plant inventory for supplies, including ordering, receiving, allocating, and tracking stock movements.
  • •Update maintenance/service logbooks and record work details, findings, equipment conditions, and related information.
  • •Process documentation with purchase orders; prepare and type annual requisitions, orders, reports, and correspondence.
  • •Handle storage and transportation of hazardous materials; ensure correct identification, segregation, preservation, and waste disposal; report and resolve damages and discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in a relevant field (college).
  • •Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • •Comply with labor protection and occupational health & safety requirements, including fire safety.
  • •Identify and report HSE/FS hazards and support continuous improvement of the HSE management system.
  • •Follow internal rules and instructions related to storage, safety, and safe handling of materials.
