Job Summary

CEI Inspector for major highway/bridge projects in the Orlando area accountable for on-site monitoring, material inspection per plans and specs, and daily reporting. You will maintain records, oversee Work Zone Traffic Control, transport samples to lab, and assist Senior Inspector on a growing Florida construction management team.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor on-site construction activities
•Inspect (sampling and testing) materials per client scope (plans, specs, and provisions)
•Maintain detailed, accurate records of daily operations and significant events
•Prepare inspection reports (Daily Work Reports)
•Monitor and inspect Work Zone Traffic Control per client requirements

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Minimum of two (2) years of relevant construction inspection experience; one (1) year in bridge/roadway construction
•Communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing)
•Valid driver's license
•Must successfully complete and pass WSP's Motor Vehicle screening and abide by health, safety, and harassment policies
