Job Summary

Lead APAC-wide well-being initiatives for NVIDIA, partnering with HR, managers and stakeholders to develop a regional roadmap, deliver mental health content, manage vendor partnerships (ComPsych, Rethink), and run workshops and communications campaigns to support NVIDIA employees across APAC.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Develop partnerships with APAC stakeholders to identify well-being needs across the region
•Lead well-being communication campaigns and create self-serve education content (newsletters, podcasts, Slack posts)
•Plan and host vendor-led and customized workshops on a regular cadence
•Oversee well-being workshops and education opportunities including train-the-trainer programs
•Conduct employee 1:1 outreach/intake as needed

•A bachelor’s degree preferably in psychology, human development, or social work
•8+ years of experience in HR or related field
