Build and extend shared AI tooling that helps engineers ship faster with confidence. You’ll design and implement governed, reusable components that consolidate custom LLM tools into a platform, accelerate developer productivity via AI-assisted automation (e.g., code review and deployment checks), and create guardrails and policy controls to keep AI interactions safe and compliant. Work across a polyglot stack including Ruby on Rails, Python, TypeScript, and Java/Kotlin, using metrics to guide what to build next.
