Senior Fraud Research Analyst

Lead live fraud investigations at Plaid, reconstructing attacker sequences and translating findings into detection improvements. Operate fraud tooling to detect and validate anomalies, stress-test existing capabilities, and define new detection primitives. Partner with Data Science, ML/AI, and Product to improve labeling, features, evaluation frameworks, and model decay monitoring. Conduct longitudinal research on fraud patterns across the network and produce evidence-backed case studies and post-incident learning.
