Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Quality leadership for the Maxton site, including development of the Quality plan, resourcing alignment, and execution of priorities.
  • •Direct site Quality continuous improvement to meet regulatory and CSC North American Quality requirements (USDA/FDA).
  • •Drive process and continuous improvement initiatives across staff and work groups, including coordination with R&D for process/food quality.
  • •Manage and drive consumer complaint reduction programs and initiatives at the plant.
  • •Participate in and lead CNA Quality leadership efforts for quality strategy development, policy alignment, and network-wide implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 12+ years of plant/systems experience with demonstrated leadership achievement.
  • •Demonstrated experience applying Food Safety, Regulatory, and Quality Systems in food processing.
  • •Experience with sanitation and GMP practices, including familiarity with pest control programs and techniques.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and comprehensive knowledge of food processing and quality practices.
