Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop consultancy skills and internal networks from day one while working with clients on construction projects across the UK.
  • •Support cost management across a project lifecycle, helping deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • •Apply cost control/performance management, cost modelling and benchmarking, and estimating and measurement.
  • •Assist with cost auditing and assurance, contract administration, procurement, tendering, and supply chain/market engagement activities.
  • •Contribute to value management/value engineering and use Turner & Townsend digital tools, including the Embodied Carbon Calculator.
