Build and maintain internal controls, coordinate annual audits, and support compliance with reporting and tax filings. Provide senior management with financial insights to guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and manage accounting operations including billing, AR, AP, general ledger, and revenue recognition.
•Lead preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
•Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
•Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
•Develop and maintain internal control policies and coordinate annual audits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior-level finance/accounting role.
•A recognized professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or CIMA).
•In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
•Significant experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes.
•Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with modern accounting software and MS Office.
