Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Loula as an independent doula provider in a non-exclusive network.
  • •Provide birth and postpartum doula support to insured clients.
  • •Use Loula’s referral/matching program to connect with clients through a Care Navigator.
  • •Deliver care while Loula manages insurance verification, medical billing, and payment.
  • •Maintain required training and documentation for eligibility (CPR, HIPAA, liability insurance, recommendations).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, or 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •If you don’t yet have CPR, HIPAA, liability insurance, or the recommendation letters, you can still reach out for support getting set up.
