Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop actionable GTM strategies for the Public Sector business from ideation to design, including internal and market due diligence and creating scalable options to meet fiscal and longer-term goals.
  • •Analyze complex qualitative and quantitative information to inform GTM strategy and meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • •Proactively identify opportunities and champion novel approaches, testing and iterating ideas to solve complex problems that drive impact for Atlassian and customers.
  • •Perform financial and market analysis, synthesize a point of view, and make recommendations to executive leadership with seamless transitions between high-level and detailed work.
  • •Lead multi-layered stakeholder management with significant cross-functional engagement, building trust and relationships to marshal support and resources.

Salary: USD 151,600 - 238,525 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in general management, corporate development, management consulting/corporate strategy, or business development serving Public Sector customers.
  • •Active TS//SCI security clearance and US Citizenship required to maintain the clearance.
  • •Strong track record delivering measurable business impact through actionable adoption, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • •Ability to navigate P&L, business metrics, financial statements, pricing structures, monetization, and churn mitigation strategies.
  • •Exceptional critical/creative thinking, including structuring solutions in ambiguity and evaluating risks and contingencies.
