•Partner with senior leaders to define requirements and craft effective, inclusive search strategies.
•Lead end-to-end hiring for senior roles up to Director level, from sourcing to offer.
•Build and engage diverse talent pools across LATAM and NAM, activating passive pipelines.
•Source niche and specialized profiles using market intelligence, referrals, and targeted outreach.
•Project manage regional hiring programs, where you will lead design and manage execution.
