ETCH Customer Engineer

Serve as a direct liaison with customers by installing, maintaining, and upgrading ETCH equipment. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, with guidance from Senior Field Service Engineers. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided) while coordinating and communicating with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
