Key Responsibilities

•End-to-End Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation, review, and filing of all external financial statements (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), ensuring strict compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations, and XBRL requirements.
•SOX Controls, Governance & Global Operations: Oversee the continuous design, implementation, and testing of internal controls over financial reporting, transitioning to a mature SOX compliance model.
•Policy Architecture: Author, update, and maintain the Global Accounting Policy Manual, ensuring consistent application across business units.
•Stock Administration & Equity Accounting: Oversee stock administration globally and direct accounting for share-based compensation (ASC 718).
•Systems Building & Process Transformation: Drive the vision, selection, and implementation of financial reporting technologies to automate close-to-report and reduce risk.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 12+ years of progressive financial accounting experience, including leadership overseeing SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at a public company.
•Active CPA license is strictly required.
•Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations (Regulation S-X and S-K), and PCAOB standards with experience in ASC 606 and ASC 842.
•Proven experience building and managing a robust SOX compliance program and a highly organized financial reporting calendar.
•Experience managing international entity reporting and coordinating international statutory audits.
