Key Responsibilities

  • •Support automation tool setup, trials, qualification, and sustainment for systems including Laser Mark, HAST ALU, Reflow Automation, AMHS/AMR/ARV, robotics, vision, and related equipment.
  • •Assist engineers during installation, dry run, debug, FAT/SAT/PAC, UAT, qualification, and release activities, including pass down and training to the operations team.
  • •Perform routine checks, basic troubleshooting, recovery, and escalation; monitor tool performance, downtime, repeat issues, and safety concerns.
  • •Support AMHS workflow testing, system trial runs, operational readiness, and verify lot movement, tool status, material flow, load port readiness, and transaction accuracy.
  • •Collect and maintain data for IE modeling and validate planning assumptions against actual lab performance, providing feedback to improve workflow accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience in equipment operation, manufacturing, lab operations, maintenance support, automation support, or data collection.
  • •Basic computer skills, including Excel and familiarity with dashboards or digital forms.
  • •Good teamwork, communication, ownership, and willingness to learn.
  • •Leverage AI/Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs, Agentic AI) to automate reporting, dashboards, and workflow approvals.
