Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic advisor and trusted finance partner to the Country Leadership Team, influencing commercial decisions with objective financial and commercial perspectives.
  • •Lead end-to-end performance management to drive revenue, profit, cash flow, and market objectives, including KPI translation into actionable business plans and business reviews.
  • •Own annual budget, rolling forecasts, strategic and long-range planning; drive cross-functional alignment and scenario planning/sensitivity analysis; improve forecast accuracy.
  • •Lead commercial investment governance, evaluating marketing spend, trade investments, innovation projects, and building business cases with an ROI framework; conduct post-investment reviews.
  • •Drive gross margin and profitability improvement through pricing strategy and portfolio optimization; manage risks, governance, controls, and compliance; lead and develop the Commercial Finance team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
  • •10–15+ years of progressive finance experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering or Business Controlling.
  • •Proven experience in FMCG, Nutrition, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or other fast-paced commercial environments.
  • •Experience leading annual planning, forecasting, and business performance management processes.
  • •Demonstrated success in investment governance, profitability improvement, pricing strategy, and commercial performance optimization; experience leading and developing teams.
