Key Responsibilities

  • •Run daily SCIF operations in accordance with ICD-705 and NISPOM, including access control and visitor escort procedures.
  • •Administer facility access control systems (ACS), manage badging, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and enforce physical security protocols.
  • •Support secure logistics by applying physical security protocols for intake and rack infrastructure integration workflows.
  • •Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support across unclassified networks and manage VoIP hardware and baseline connectivity.
  • •Coordinate facility security and IT projects by tracking vendor/installations, maintaining timelines and budgets, and maintaining compliance documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to maintain access as required by the program; polygraph preferred.
  • •3–5+ years of experience in physical security, facility management, or serving as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) / FSO in a DoD or Intelligence Community environment.
  • •1–3 years coordinating technical or physical security projects; CAPM, CompTIA Project+, or PMP certification is a plus.
  • •Hands-on experience administering enterprise access control software (Lenel, CCURE) and providing basic IT helpdesk or telephony support.
  • •Strong understanding of ICD-705 construction and operational standards and physical security threat mitigation.
