Sales Associate, UGG

Create personalized shopping experiences for customers to drive brand loyalty as a Sales Associate. Greet customers, listen to needs, and provide product recommendations while communicating UGG’s sustainability and social/ethical commitments. Support the service training program, answer questions accurately, and handle returns policy guidance. Operate the cash register, manage inventory, follow visual merchandising standards, maintain a clean back-stock area, and respond to theft policies.
