Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement inventory and service level strategies across EMEA operations.
  • •Maintain inventory data quality and accurate inventory levels; analyze sales trends and replenishment performance to reduce out-of-stock risk.
  • •Maintain SAP master data and replenishment parameters to support planning and ordering.
  • •Prepare and manage purchase orders; coordinate with the central warehouse and global transport teams to ensure timely deliveries and product availability.
  • •Track purchase orders and deliveries through final receipt, manage claims/incidents, monitor order fill rates, and prepare supply chain KPIs/OOS reports to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • •1–3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, operations, or a related analytical environment.
  • •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Excellent communication skills to present information clearly to management.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office; SAP or other ERP experience is an advantage.
