Job Summary

Own the AI-enabled foundations for Netflix Ads by defining systems architecture for an intelligent UI library and agentic workflows. Build high-fidelity proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted coding, ensure trust and usability for AI-generated outputs, and help the broader design org develop AI fluency.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with design leadership to define systems architecture for an intelligent UI library, including scalable patterns for chat interfaces and human-in-the-loop interventions supported by machine-consumable documentation and metadata.
•Partner with engineering to operationalize agentic workflows that automate high-friction tasks for customers and internal users.
•Use AI-assisted workflows to normalize legacy UI by refactoring scattered documentation into a single structured source of truth.
•Build high-fidelity, functional proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted coding and prototyping, demonstrating complex interactions such as intent-based orchestration and multimodal inputs.
•Ensure quality and trust for AI-generated outputs, mentor the design organization on AI fluency, and bridge product design with machine learning engineering to keep the platform feasible and optimized.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 350,000 - 520,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5 to 7+ years of product design experience with a track record shipping complex systems architecture or foundational infrastructure.
•Strong proficiency in the modern AI stack, including LLMs and media generation models, applied to building and maintaining design systems.
•Understanding of agentic systems and agentic architectures (reusable workflows, safety guardrails, context isolation, long-term context).
•Ability to adopt emerging design workflows and AI-native environments such as Cursor or Claude Code.
•Deep understanding of how design systems and platform architectures scale, especially for dynamic or non-deterministic content.
