Loan Servicing Tracking Specialist I

Review post-closing loan files and borrower credit documentation to ensure compliance with bank credit, underwriting, and loan policies. Record findings in the bank’s internal tracking system to support collateral positions. Monitor follow-up credit documentation, stay current on policy and federal compliance changes, and respond professionally to phone/email inquiries. Complete assigned BSA/AML and other compliance training while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
