Lead the PlayStation Studios Live Service Product Management team and the Live Services Leadership Team. Drive measurable improvements in player retention, monetization, and portfolio health through clear goals, success metrics, and data-informed strategies. Manage and mentor Product Managers across console, PC, and mobile titles, shape publishing playbooks and benchmarks, and partner with studios, marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to improve long-term game performance.
