Key Responsibilities

  • •Support budgeting and forecasting activities for the loyalty program.
  • •Collaborate with the Controllership team during monthly close, including data reconciliation.
  • •Produce monthly reporting, including variance analysis and tracking key loyalty KPIs.
  • •Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends in customer behavior, engagement, and rewards usage.
  • •Prepare presentations and dashboards for internal stakeholders and partner with Accounting, Marketing, and Operations teams on ad-hoc improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related areas.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups, VBA).
  • •Basic knowledge of financial statements and corporate finance concepts.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
  • •Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level C1 or higher).
