•Drive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing banking opportunities with business clients.
•Manage and grow a portfolio of business banking relationships while deepening client engagement.

•Partner with internal teams to deliver treasury management, wealth management, capital markets, and other banking solutions.
•Lead credit discussions and support loan structuring, underwriting, and approval recommendations, while monitoring portfolio performance and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).

•Ability to lawfully drive (if applicable) and access to reliable transportation.
