Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce and present final cost plans, estimating at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels.
  • •Perform accurate quantity surveys and support preparation of detailed cost estimates across project types.
  • •Conduct feasibility studies and benchmarking using parametric benchmark cost data; advise on accuracy of estimates.
  • •Manage procurement activities including pre-qualification, bid list, bid analysis, bid report, and contractual documents.
  • •Support change control and cost variances, review change documents and pricing, and produce monthly cost reports for clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Building Construction from a four-year college or university.
  • •Three (3) years of significant quantity survey and pricing experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Demonstrated experience working as a lead estimator on large-scale, complex construction projects.
  • •Experience estimating construction projects across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP elements.
  • •US construction experience is required, with exemplary written and oral communication skills.
