Key Responsibilities

  • •Build prototypes of new medium-voltage switchgear and components in the R&D prototype workshop.
  • •Create and support test setups for evaluating new ideas and for certification testing.
  • •Provide support during testing at test institutes and within the company’s own laboratory.
  • •Collaborate with (Lead) Engineers and R&D Managers to execute prototype and testing work efficiently.
  • •Produce parts/assemblies independently from drawings while maintaining quality and detail.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum MBO in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering.
  • •Experience assembling equipment, general machine shop work (bankwerken), and electrical wiring.
  • •Preferred experience with conventional turning and milling operations.
  • •Ability to read and produce parts/assemblies according to drawings with attention to detail.
  • •Good communication skills in Dutch and English to share information and collaborate effectively.
