Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the design, development, and delivery of full-stack features across frontend, backend, and APIs.
  • •Architect scalable and maintainable systems, applying design patterns and integrating third-party services.
  • •Define engineering standards, quality gates, and release-readiness criteria, including CI/CD integration and quality enforcement.
  • •Lead performance, scalability, and resilience improvements and analyze production behavior using observability tools to prevent and diagnose regressions.
  • •Review designs and code, provide clear direction, and mentor/unblock team members while contributing to product and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of software development experience across full stack features for React/Angular web clients, Node.js/TypeScript services, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • •Architect scalable, maintainable systems using TypeScript/Node.js with sound design patterns (e.g., dependency injection, event-driven Pub/Sub, job queues).
  • •Develop and optimize web-based applications and integrate third-party services (e.g., Twilio, Stripe, Firebase, Pusher, Cronofy, MLS/RETS feeds).
  • •Strong data modeling and performance tuning across MongoDB, Postgres/Prisma, Redis, and Elasticsearch at scale.
  • •Define engineering standards, quality gates, and release readiness; own CI/CD integration and enforce quality via ESLint/TypeScript checks and SonarQube.
