Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive product from the press, stack/place on pallets, and print pallet labels using Pecas.
  • •Set up production by using job docket and setup sheet information; ensure correct product loading and finished goods quality and accuracy.
  • •Perform downtime support (webbing the press), assist operators when the press is down, and notify operators of problems/errors.
  • •Carry out make-ready tasks such as changing impression rollers, print unit cassettes, doctor blades, cylinders, pumps, inks/solvents, and related press setup/breakdown.
  • •Follow OHSE, PPE, and hazardous materials/waste handling procedures; participate with the press crew to meet production and team goals.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 years related production experience and/or training (or equivalent combination).
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability, including manual dexterity to safely manipulate product and equipment.
  • •Forklift operators must have and maintain safety training for operating company lift equipment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical demands such as prolonged standing, stooping, bending, reaching, and kneeling.
  • •Ability to rotate shifts and be available to work in excess of 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary.
