  • •Manage NEC contracts confidently and precisely (Option C experience highly valued).

  • •Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders; support and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Quantity surveying experience in infrastructure, civil engineering, or major programmes.
  • •Strong NEC contract knowledge (Option C preferred).
  • •Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject.
  • •Commercially astute with excellent communication skills for client discussions and cost report interrogation.
  • •MRICS qualified or working towards it (supported by the business).
