Parts Coordinator II (Manheim)

Coordinate vehicle parts flow to support daily shop operations by receiving and verifying shipments, entering inventory in Recon360/AS400, and managing purchase-order alignment. Process and route invoices and pick-tickets, tag and store parts by work order, and monitor stock levels to maintain minimum requirements. Handle returns and vendor credits, distribute parts accurately to technicians, perform daily bin audits, and escalate safety concerns while communicating with vendors and internal teams.
