Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement scheduling best practices and report schedule trends internally and externally.
  • •Create and analyze project schedules for a portfolio using Primavera P6 and Tableau, including 1-, 3-, and 6-month look-ahead reporting.
  • •Review and understand engineering, procurement, and construction schedule logic, producing and updating master and detailed schedules.
  • •Work with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity and actively monitor and communicate schedule-delaying issues.
  • •Prepare and update monthly progress reports; adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience supporting construction and capital project delivery.
  • •Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred.
  • •Prior experience building a complex master schedule.
  • •Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and construction contracting, plus the ability to create Tableau reports and graphics.
