Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate executive office operations and planning, ensuring timely information flow to/from the executive office.
  • •Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements using company systems.
  • •Conduct research and assemble/analyze data to prepare reports, documents, and presentations for senior exec meetings.
  • •Arrange internal and external meetings, events, and off-sites; record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes and monitor weekly actions.
  • •Monitor and respond to incoming communications, calls, and emails; receive and interact with visitors and clients; maintain document filing and retrieval.
