Build and deepen customer relationships by executing relationship management strategies and performing accurate banking transactions for new and existing clients. Identify customer needs, proactively outreach by phone and in-person engagement, and refer clients to relevant bank solutions. Open new accounts and coordinate required documentation while adhering to banking policies and regulatory compliance. Support community awareness events and assist with operational duties.
