Senior Client Consulting Manager

Manage one or more complex client engagements for payment and card-related solutions, leading cross-functional techno-functional teams to deliver, implement, and configure outcomes. Drive project planning, execution, documentation, risk management, and client sign-off, including testing and defect resolution. Act as a client advocate while coordinating with IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and vendors, and help establish and scale a Technology Delivery Center of Excellence.
