Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow written inspection procedures, drawings, and instructions to perform dimensional and visual inspections on parts and tools, accept material or refer for rework based on findings, and record results with fixed/variable measuring instruments.
  • •Perform Solumina required job audits for Op Cert surveillance and conduct OpCert over-inspects as required.
  • •Maintain current knowledge of and comply with customer/FDA/FAA/JAA technical data applicable to the work.
  • •Obtain a detailed inspection certificate upon completion of training.
  • •Train other operators, provide technical support, and collaborate with the operations team while demonstrating leadership and quality-focused mindset.
  • •Perform bending, reaching, pulling, and pushing as part of inspection tasks.
