Key Responsibilities

•Configure courses end-to-end in Go High Level, including funnel creation, landing pages, and hosting setup.
•Build course structures in Notion to support the client’s workflow.
•Convert Word document content into on-brand slide decks and educational workbooks using Canva and PowerPoint.
•Set up Zoom and Microsoft Teams integrations for live and hybrid course delivery, and manage email sequences tied to course launches.
•Update and refresh an existing library of 40+ courses and maintain accurate documentation for builds and configurations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 7 hourly

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated proficiency in Canva to build course presentations, workbooks, and educational materials to specification.
•Hands-on experience with Go High Level, including funnel building, automations/workflows, and course hosting setup.
•Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight from raw content through execution.
•Experience managing multiple course or project builds simultaneously while maintaining quality.
•Strong task and time management skills to meet firm external deadlines.
