Key Responsibilities

  • •Own HiBob and how data feeds out of it, building and refining architecture, automations, workflows, and integrations.
  • •Run the first line of the people inbox by triaging requests and routing them to the right People team member.
  • •Pick up well-scoped but unstructured people operations projects as priorities shift.
  • •Build and own a people metrics dashboard with input/output metrics for leadership visibility.
  • •Run operational and systems logistics for people programs so program owners can focus on substance.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in People/HR operations, ideally at a startup or fast-scaling company.
  • •Hands-on HRIS ownership: configured and maintained an HRIS (HiBob a plus), including workflows, fields, and automations.
  • •Comfort with integrations and data flow: connect systems, identify data breaks, and fix them.
  • •Strong people data and reporting skills: pull data, interpret it, and present it clearly for leadership.
  • •Real fluency with AI tools, with specific examples of how you’ve used them.
