Key Responsibilities

•Develop subject matter expertise in fiduciary areas and act as a trusted advisor to clients and their families.
•Coordinate with internal Advisor Solutions and One Bank partners (and external advisors) to anticipate service needs.
•Oversee administration of trust accounts, ensuring compliance with trust documents, legal requirements, and company policies.
•Review and interpret estate planning documents and ensure timely, accurate administration of trust income and principal.
•Support trust business growth by participating in presentations as needed, conducting due diligence for new fiduciary appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,500 - 207,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CTFA, CFP) preferred.
•Minimum 7 years of experience in trust and estate administration with a proven track record of managing trusts.
•Strong knowledge of trust and estate laws and regulations plus industry standards and practices.
•Demonstrated ability to advise and deliver on fiduciary strategies and exercise fiduciary judgment and discretion.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented/matrix environment.
