Key Responsibilities

  • •Support human capital strategies to attract, retain, and reward talent while fostering diversity for assigned business units.
  • •Coordinate recruiting activities, including job fairs and relationships with post-secondary schools, to maintain a pipeline of candidates.
  • •Monitor and implement employment-related federal and state requirements to ensure legal compliance in HR policies and practices.
  • •Advise management on staffing needs, discipline, performance management, and personnel actions while maintaining detailed and accurate documentation.
  • •Consult on performance reviews and salary activities to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equitable pay; represent the company in investigations and personnel hearings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • •Two (2) years of experience in a closely related position.
  • •Ability to handle confidential information with integrity; strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and record-keeping skills; effective verbal and written communication.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of current local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • •Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with applicant tracking/talent management systems is preferred.
