Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end supply chain and operations for multiple complex product lines, aligning execution with organizational goals and operational excellence. Lead and develop a team supporting a global business unit, owning supply-and-demand planning, KPI performance measurement, and demand/supply matching. Partner with business leaders on strategic decisions, deliver cross-functional initiatives impacting the supply chain globally, and lead regional/global trade compliance to drive efficiencies and advantages.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee supply chain and operations for multiple complex product lines, ensuring inventory, cost, and other performance metrics meet business needs.
•Own supply and demand accountability and manage demand/supply matching at a strategic level to achieve key business metrics.
•Lead and develop a team of senior-level operations professionals, including hiring, performance plans, coaching, and career development.
•Design and support performance measurement processes and ensure product and service delivery meets senior management-defined metrics.
•Lead regional/global trade compliance and deliver complex cross-functional initiatives impacting the supply chain globally.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,150 - 182,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, operations management, business administration, or related discipline, or commensurate experience.
•Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
•Experience leading supply and demand activities for multiple complex product lines with measurable inventory and cost performance.
•Ability to manage teams of senior-level individual contributors and managers supporting a complex global business unit.
•Strong knowledge of supply chain planning and execution, including inventory control, production planning, procurement, and enterprise resource planning systems.
