Technical Account Manager for The Americas focusing on pre-sales and post-sales technical support. Key Responsibilities

•Onboard key customers and provide technical guidance and documentation; act as main technical contact for queries and resolutions
•Monitor usage patterns and operational activities of key accounts to optimize service delivery and preemptively address issues
•Lead integration and rollout of new features and services; provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients
•Oversee technical support activities and coordinate crisis management; serve as escalation point for client service matters
•Establish and review technical KPIs (SLAs, monitoring) and generate regular reports to ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-7 years of experience in a client-facing technical role (e.g., technical account management, QA manager, service delivery manager) with financial or cryptocurrency sector exposure preferred
•Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency ecosystem; ability to troubleshoot and perform first-level analysis
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable field; project management or technical sales certifications a plus
•Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex technical issues for non-technical audiences
•Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with multiple departments
