Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
  • •Drive end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale, distributed, or cloud-native systems with high reliability and performance.
  • •Provide technical leadership across multiple teams, shaping system architecture and long-term technology direction.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers, architects, and product leaders to deliver robust cloud-based solutions and define platform roadmaps.
  • •Stay on top of technology trends by experimenting with new tools and mentoring engineering community members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 209,000 - 238,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 6 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization technologies.
  • •Strong coding experience with more than two of: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala.
  • •Experience designing and building APIs and working with databases (database management systems, including RDBMS/NoSQL).
