Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform and maintain the PM program, including greasing motors and lubricating chains on wash systems before each set/transfer.
  • •Calibrate hatchers and setters as part of preventive maintenance and processing readiness.
  • •Clean, store, reassemble, test, and maintain hatchery processing machinery.
  • •Train operators on proper equipment usage during processing and make required adjustments.
  • •Change single- and three-phase motors and assist the maintenance supervisor with maintenance duties.

Key Requirements
