Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and evaluate new business opportunities including partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions.
  • •Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  • •Lead negotiations and manage licensing agreements and collaborations with external partners from initial contact to contract execution and implementation.
  • •Lead alliance management for signed contracts and run due diligence for licensing projects.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for business development inquiries and coordinate with R&D, regulatory affairs, marketing, portfolio management, and legal teams to align objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • •More than 5 years in similar business development roles, with at least 10 years of experience in the Pharma industry.
  • •Proven business development and licensing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry in MENA.
  • •Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  • •Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus.
