Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiation through final claim resolution and program closure. Serve as primary legal and operations lead, drafting and finalizing settlement documents and resolving claimant disputes. Develop settlement structures and eligibility criteria, oversee teams of attorneys and nurse paralegals, and apply data analysis for settlement tracking, trends, and compliance with settlement fund governance.
