Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from sites, surveys, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support project development, design, and construction.
  • •Apply high-level mechanical engineering techniques from concept development through final design, procurement, construction, and operation.
  • •Conduct investigations and inspections of proposed and existing site conditions, equipment, facilities, infrastructure, and mechanical systems to determine conformance with rules, standards, and permits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
  • •10+ years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and utility piping design with independent judgment and code knowledge.
  • •Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
  • •Knowledge of mechanical systems such as heating/chilled water (hydronics), steam, compressed air, refrigeration, natural gas, and high-pressure water.
  • •Highly proficient with mechanical engineering principles and building/infrastructure design, including permitting and project work issues.
