Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with an EHS mentor to solve real-world problems during the internship.
  • •Collaborate with EHS teams and engineering to implement new tooling, technology, or process changes to improve how products are built.
  • •Support ergonomics work by evaluating ergonomic risk in factories and office environments and helping develop solutions to reduce stressors.
  • •Support industrial hygiene by sampling, analyzing industrial hygiene data, and helping reduce workplace exposures.
  • •Support workplace safety and environmental initiatives by evaluating health and safety risk, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting environmental compliance initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work full-time for at least 10 weeks (12 weeks preferred) during the summer; interns start in May or June based on school schedule.
  • •Currently enrolled as a college or university student, with an expected graduation date on or after August 2027.
  • •A “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 due to Export Control compliance requirements.
  • •Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.0 or above).
  • •Majoring in a related field such as Human Factors/Ergonomics, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Data Analytics/Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
