Job Summary

Lead financial management and performance governance for Credit and Lending products within CIB, partnering with CCM leadership and regional Finance to deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, capital management and strategic analysis across Asia and MENAT. Drive KPI monitoring, balance sheet velocity insights, and transformation initiatives in Visualization and Digital Finance to optimise RWAs and capital consumption while supporting SOX compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with CIB CCM leadership and wider Finance to ensure strong governance, transparent performance insights, and effective resource allocation.
•Responsible for financial management of Credit and Lending products by delivering accurate reporting, forecasting, capital management, and strategic analysis to support decision support; coordination of central activities for Asia and MENAT.
•Business partnering with regional and country business to deliver sound financial advice on business performance and forecasting to drive growth and optimise RWAs and capital consumption.
•Drive the development and delivery of financial analysis providing monitoring and steer to the business on critical financial indicators (KPI) in line with CIB strategic areas of focus.
•Monitor and report balance sheet velocity metrics (e.g., SLS, CDS, NPI, utilisation, run-off/rollover rates) for CCM-related portfolios/products; quantify financial impact and translate into actions for CCM leadership.

Key Requirements

•Relevant business finance background preferably with commercial banking or global banking experience; RWA experience is a plus.
•Proven track record of successful business partnering; Accountancy, Finance or Economics qualifications preferred.
•Significant experience in financial analysis, forecasting and relevant Finance and Bank systems.
•Agile, change mindset with a dynamic and curious approach; excellent analytical skills to draw insights from data.
•Proven leadership and relationship management with the confidence to interact with senior management; strong influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management; operating skills including TM1, Omnia Office, Qlik, Python.
