Branch Manager

Lead and coach a branch team to deliver strong client experiences while driving small business growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition. Manage branch operations and compliance, including regulatory, security, audit procedures, and timely completion of operational tasks. Build community connections and leverage Centers of Influence to generate referrals, while overseeing staffing, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management. Work Saturdays as directed and ensure execution of the Branch Playbook to achieve branch goals.
